If an item from American Thread LLC is the wrong size, not what you expected, or arrives with a problem, use the steps below to start a return or exchange.

Eligibility

Unworn items in original condition with tags attached may be eligible for return or exchange within a reasonable period after delivery. Final sale or clearly marked clearance items may not be eligible.

How to start a return

Contact us at hello@americanthreadllc.com or (724) 605-4848 with your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on available sizes and colors. If the preferred replacement is unavailable, a refund option may be offered instead.
